Oracle card reading 15th – 21st April 2019

Mon 15th – Tue 16th : Chumara – web of all life

This is always a fascinating card to pop up as it’s, for me, a reminder to really check in with the people you are connected to. Be it friends, family, work, social media contacts etc – it’s all important.

Have a good sense check around things and determine if it’s time:
To let some folk go,
Rebuild relationships if a bit wobbly if worth the effort,
See what’s truly going on and if one sided it may be time to step back,
To see the ones that make you truly happy

There’s no end to the list and you’ll go instinctively to the ones that require your attention.

In my own life Im being shown a couple of one-way connections (not in my favour) that really aren’t right for me at this time. And that’s ok I may be a one-sided relationship that others feel its time to step back from.

This is the trick. NOT take it personally when you stop hearing from someone. They have their own stuff going on as do you. That mutual understanding can go a long way.Perhaps they are giving you space to face your own stuff as they can see it playing out.

You weave your own web but you also have the choice to redo bits, or rip them out and create a new pattern if it just doesn’t flow or feel right.

We are all interconnected at any rate but you decide who you bring in the closest at any given time.

This can also be a marker to put yourself out there a bit more – of showing who you really are behind the mask you may have popped on over time. By being yourself , and giving yourself permission to do so, you may start to find yourself. To find the people who accept you for who you are not who you were.

Build that connection but use your discernment.

Wed 17th – Thur 18th : Witch at the end of the world – an important end, and a new beginning

Looking at the imagery of the card I’m struck by the elemental power of the lightning – what you have the possibility to harness and work with if you believe in yourself.

But also the sand timer I can see the infinity loop, the figure of eight …and the sand on both sides in very much in balance.

So this card for me is about the natural order of things. The life and death cycle of energies, situations etc. Of knowing that things change even if we don’t wish them to. This is also Phoenix energies which have been oh so strong for some time now.

For some it may be the ending of something – a relationship, a job, a long held belief, and aspect of self. It’s time for it to move on as it’s come to completion. Be brave and let it go. Grasping onto it will only cause you harm in time, or bring up deep resentment and anger. By releasing it you open up space for the newness to come in – you may be surprised the form it takes but it will make sense when you take time to look back.

It may play out in the bigger collective group but again it’s as it should be. Balance will be maintained.

Fri 19th – Sun 21st: Poe’s brave flight – don’t let fear stop you

Ok so this card has popped up a few times in recent readings which tells me either it needs to be repeated loudly for those in the back, or things are changing at such a rapid rate that it bears repeating.

So for the former:
If you have something that keeps coming up that you’d really like to do instead of talking yourself out of it have you considered giving it a go instead?

What’s really truthfully holding you back? Is it your fear of failure or conversely success? Is it someone else’s fears on your behalf which are in truth their own fears projected onto you? Will you regret not doing it if you look back on your life later?

Only you can truly answer the question so try this – if you imagine not doing it how do you feel. If you imagine doing it how do you feel.
Your gut will steer you on this.

For the latter:
The energies just now are still moving about a million miles an hour and your path can flit about all over the place. Go with it where you can.

What feels right at this point in time is the best you can work with for the time being. It may change in the blink of an eye so if you want to do something you feel is right then go for it. If it doesn’t feel right then don’t. The old adage of feel the fear and do it anyway may get you through.

You have free will in this life so use it wisely.

Summary:

Start of the week – it may be time to either sense check some of your connections to other people. To deep dive and feel if they still feel right. If they don’t can you rebuild or is it better to let go? You’ll know on a deep level whats working and what isn’t. For some it may be a time to step outside of the mask you wear and show people the true you. Don’t panic you have people, or will very shortly, who will support you and accept you as you are. This also goes for self acceptance folks. Don’t forget that important facet.

Mid week : all things have their time. So if you find yourself at and ending of some sort allow it to go. Holding onto it once it’s completed will only hurt you in the end. By letting go you work wit the Phoenix energy in the death and rebirth cycle to let something new and shiny come in instead. Embrace the change, the new start, the new chapter. It’s as it should be.

End of the week: if you really want to do something that you’ve put off time and time again flip things on their head and give it a go. What’s the worst that could happen? That it fails? At least you won’t have regrets for not trying.
But let me be clear you have free will – don’t do something because I’ve said so. Do it because you have a pull or a drive to do it. Discernment is key.
