Well it’s that time again.
I’m putting my money where my mouth is and just I’ve removed all bookable appointments for December.
Those of you who have been here for a while will know I routinely take the month of December for my own energy work. I made the decision yesterday while recording the monthly challenge for the Arse Kick membership. And it felt right.
I do a lot of energy work for individuals and the Collective. Pretty much all of which is never mentioned as I have no desire to blow my own trumpet. But it can and does take a lot of effort and energy. At times pushing my stuff to the side which is not ideal.
I mark winter solstice as my new year rather than the 1st Jan. I devote the month of December to deciding where I go next.
The Dragon Distance session on 1st and the Group Dragon Release 15th will still go ahead. I’m not leaving you all hanging . The diary will reopen Jan 1st.
I do still have appointments available in Oct and Nov so please don’t feel any stress at this announcement. Consider it instead as someone visibly putting themselves first as part of their own self care routine.
Remember to put yourself first every now and again
