Mon 20th – Tue 21st: Bull guide
Interesting card to pop given we are still sitting in the astrological time of Taurus which ends on the 21st – no coincidence this one.
The bull is seen as a strong, solid, at times immovable object. It has stepped forwards to bring some of that solidity to you. To find the inner strength that you need to call upon.
When you have set boundaries that are being overstepped. You will find the strength to say/do something about it.
And I don’t mean the proverbial bull in a china shop or being rude/aggressive simply for the sake of it. I mean standing your ground, defending if needed and standing fully in who you are.
Be clear, be precise and no more pussy-footing about over this.
It may ruffle a few feathers but needs must at times.
Wed 22nd – Thur 23rd : Ogham – Nature
Moving on. A reminder that all the answers you seek can be found in nature. Nature constantly plays out all of life secrets. Which can be seen if you learn to look and listen.
To seek comfort in nature and reconnect. Get outside and switch off from the day to day stuff that can wear you down.
Breathe the air, feel the breeze on your face, turn your face to the sun if it’s about, enjoy the raindrops …..But get outside.
Open your heart and mind to the wisdom nature can show you. Observe the cycles of new beginnings, moving forwards, abundance in the form of harvest, and death , returning to rebirth. It plays out everywhere.
I’m given one very strong example from my own garden. The rose has the ability to be beautiful but have very defined boundaries (thorns) to keep distance. These boundaries allow the rosebush to expand, to grow, to move in any direction she wishes to move. To produce beautiful blooms which add colour, life and scent. Yes she may require a little outside assistance at times – a gentle pruning, some tomato feed. But she has the ability to flourish on her own.
But the other side of the coin is the greenhouse raised bedding plant. Which if planted out too soon, without being hardened off, can wither and die without constant attention.
Be like the rose grow into your potential, have defined boundaries to keep out anything not in alignment but allow in sunlight and water. And let the cycles run.
Fri 24th – Sun 26th : the Golden Phoenix
Fab card this as it’s just a bits of a heads-up either for you direct or someone around you. Either way it’s not to alarm or raise concern only to raise awareness.
At times we can think a situation has been dealt with, a pattern broken or an energy has moved on. Only to have it flare back up again out of seemingly nowhere.
In truth it can be an opportunity to re-visit, re-assess or to deal with other layers coming up for attention.
Whatever it is you can sort it. You’ll know in your gut what to do.
The phoenix element of the card tells me it’s all part of the cycle – of the letting go/death to bring in new life/re-birth ….which does sit with the card for mid week as I type this.
Work with the phoenix energy to do the needful.
It may be returned in a new form. A form you CAN work with.
Go with your gut. Not how someone else would guide you. Take advice if needed, but make sure you listen to yourself first.
Start of the week – It’s time to re-instate some personal boundaries. Possibly with someone who has been taking liberties (or taking the absolute piss is what I heard). You don’t have to scream or shout to be heard . Be a bit firmer than normal to make sure the message is taken on board.
Mid-week – time to get outside and reconnect to nature for a bit. To seek her wisdom and the lessons she gives you. There is an abundance of knowledge sitting right in front of you. All you need do is fully open your eyes and ears and take it all in.
End of the week – if you find something flaring back to life don’t panic or get despondent. Take this as an opportunity to really look at it – to sense check if you missed something along the way. What can you do to fully let go or fully embrace it back in? Go with your gut instinct with this.
You may see this play out around you for other people. Support them if you can, but not at the expense of your own energy.
