Mon 8th – Tue 9th : Happiness
Thank goodness – a bit of light relief! This is a reminder the energy and flow of happiness is all around us at all times – you have to be open to allowing it in.
While those of us who have been struggling a bit the past couple of weeks may feel our mood lightening and lifting. Those who have been ok may find themselves struggling a little.
It’s juts a cycle – if you are able to see the silver lining to the fecking great storm cloud on the horizon you’ll get through it much faster. And you may even deflect it.
Embrace the happiness and the opportunities to open it up. That vibration ripples outwards to those around you.

Wed 10th – Thur 11th : Be still awhile
Love this – it’s time to stop and just be. Rather than racing about doing all the things at a million miles an hour just stop. Do one thing at a time.
Time to be a human BEing not a human DOing.
Theres wisdom in stepping back for a bit and letting things play out – grab a cuppa and sit back to enjoy the show.
This is a time to integrate all the shifts and processing – to become comfortable with your own new energies or outlook. It takes time to adjust so TAKE the time you need. Maybe a couple of hours, a few days or even a week or so. It doesn’t matter. What matters is actually committing time to yourself.
Go read a book, go for a walk, take up the class you’ve been thinking about……whatever it is do something for yourself. Seeds and ideas can take time to germinate and grow – think of yourself as that seed and treat it well.
Fri 12th – Sun 14th : Reflection
Sensing a theme this week by any chance? We’ve been encouraged to work with happiness, take a break and slow down and now the contemplation part.
Of truly looking into your own energy and what is around you and feeling into it. Whats working, what isn’t, where could you make a change.
It’s all valuable work. So do it. No-one can or will do it on your behalf.
You create your own reality so if something feels stuck or stagnant you really can do something about it. You don’t have to hang onto it if it’s slowing you down in some way. Hand it back or hand it to source. (says me who has already started on that one!)
Seriously take steps to find your centre and do the needful to stay in that space. Things can be falling down around you in a tirade of others drama doesn’t mean you have to pick it up………
Start of the week – you can be happy. The energy is always around us if we choose to open up to it. When it’s there work with it , stand in it and watch it ripple outwards.
Mid week – time to slooooooooow down. Stop running around knackering yourself attempting to do everything at once. I can bet it isn’t going anywhere …..so stop. Take some time for yourself and remember how to breathe.
End of the week – reflection time. Is there anything in your energy or life that just doesn’t fit or feels a bit “off”? If yes identify it, face it head on and do something to change it. Don’t hang about waiting for a miracle – create your own miracle and sort it out. You’ll be shocked what can happen when you take charge of your own life.
